New Exercise Class:

NIA on Thursdays

NIA stands for Neuromuscular Integrative Action--But you don't have to be able to pronounce it to do it! NIA is offered every Thursday at 5pm in the Fellowship Hall. It is led by a certified instructor, Robin Cora. It is designed for people of all ages and physcial abilities. The cost is $5 per person, per class. No RSVP is necessary, just show up when you can.
