Jesus And Me (JAM) Club
JAM Club is a new ministry of the Children's Ministries Committee. All Second through Sixth Grade children and their parents and families are invited to join us for fun-filled activities throughout the year. Click here for more information.
Children's Ministries
In addition to our children's Sunday School classes, children enjoy Vacation Bible School every summer and Worship Zone each Sunday during the worship hour. Our Hallows Eve Festival has become a neighborhood tradition of games, dancing, a chili cook off competition, and a trunk or treat. Children of all ages enjoy our annual Brunch with Santa in December.
Homebound and Older Adult
Lay
Visitation: Throughout the year, members provide altar
flowers for Sunday services in honor of special occasions
or individuals. These flowers
are shared with those recovering from
surgery or an illness or with the homebound. At other times
of the year members visit the homebound and those in nursing
homes to provide communion and holiday gifts.
Tape Ministry: The Tape Ministry Program
makes available the Word of God to those who are unable to
attend church services on Sunday
morning. This
ministry
is a wonderful opportunity for the church to reach out to
show God’s
love and concern for homebound. For the elderly, it can be
a time for them to visit and express their concerns to someone.
Mary's Lunch Bunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch, good conversation and an inspirational presentation on the third Wednesday of every month at 12 noon.
